RACI Definition Rules for Audit Compliance:
  • Responsible (R): The specific division or manager tasked with executing the actual administrative work, running the software pipelines, or leading the community workshops.
  • Accountable (A): The senior executive who holds ultimate signing authority over the task, signs off on the quality of deliverables, and bears personal liability for compliance failures. Crucially, only one “A” can be assigned per initiative.
