1. Visualising Attitude Deviations and Red Zone Identification
Stakeholder Heat Mapping is a color-coded visualization model that layers a stakeholder’s attitude (Supportive, Neutral, Opposed) directly over their potential impact on the project, using a Red/Yellow/Green matrix to flag high-risk hotspots. A highly opposed, high-impact stakeholder is automatically placed into the “Red Zone,” which forces an automated governance lock that stops project advancement until a documented risk-mitigation plan is executed by senior management. 
 
2. The Heat Value Criticality Index Formula
The risk prioritization and escalation path of a hot-mapped node is determined via the quantitative Heat Index (H) formula.
Formula:
H = (I^2) * (6 – A)
Where:
  • I = Impact Rating Coefficient (Scale of 1 to 5)
  • A = Attitude Score (Scale of 1 to 5, where 1 = Highly Opposed, 5 = Highly Supportive)
